Common use of SJVIA’s Rights upon Termination Clause in Contracts

SJVIA’s Rights upon Termination. Upon termination for breach under this Article 4, or under Article 8, the SJVIA may demand repayment by the Consultant of any moneys disbursed to the Consultant under this agreement that, in the SJVIA’s sole judgment, were not expended in compliance with this agreement. The Consultant shall promptly refund all such monies upon demand. This section survives the expiration or termination of this agreement.
