The Board will ensure it collectively has the appropriate range of skills, knowledge, experience, expertise and diversity to properly fulfil its responsibilities, particularly in areas which include: (a) accounting; (b) finance; (c) business; (d) the Company’s industry; (e) Managing Director / CEO level experience; and (f) relevant technical expertise. The Board will review the range of skills and diversity of its members on a regular basis and ensure it has operational and technical expertise relevant to the operation of the Company.
