Common use of Skills and diversity Clause in Contracts

Skills and diversity. The Board will ensure it collectively has the appropriate range of skills, knowledge, experience, expertise and diversity to properly fulfil its responsibilities, particularly in areas which include: (a) accounting; (b) finance; (c) business; (d) the Company’s industry; (e) Managing Director / CEO level experience; and (f) relevant technical expertise. The Board will review the range of skills and diversity of its members on a regular basis and ensure it has operational and technical expertise relevant to the operation of the Company.
