SLA Plans and Professional Services. The price of the SLA Plan that the Customer will be subscribing to is specified in the Subscription Agreement ("SLA Fee"). The SLA Plan will follow the Subscription Period unless otherwise stated in the Subscription Agreement. Professional Services that are not included in the SLA Plan that the Customer is subscribing to, will be invoiced on a time and material basis according to the price list.
