Slashing Penalty. A determination by the Supported Protocol that the Staking Service has been erroneously operated may result in a “slashing penalty” and non-payment of the speci1ed Staking Rewards. Xxxxxx agrees to compensate you for any slashing penalties to the extent such penalties are not a result of (i) your acts or omissions, (ii) Supported Protocol maintenance, bugs, or errors, (iii) acts by a hacker or other malicious actor, or (iv) Force Majeure Events.
