Small Tools. Include items such as shovels, picks, xxxxx, ladders, and power tools which are expected to be utilized on a project. Trade related equipment, hand tools, and power tools normally supplied with the labor or are normally expected to be owned in the performance of the typical work for a trade are not compensable. These costs shall not be approved as part of the Direct Cost of a Change Order as they are included in the Subcontractor’s overhead mark-up percentage.
