Subcontract Services. In return for faithfully providing the Services in accordance with this Agreement, the Company shall pay the Contractor certain fees (the “Fees”) as described in the attached “Task Assignments” document hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
Subcontract Services. With prior written approval of the Client for each specific individual, organization or service Xxxx xxx elect to subcontract for services required by this contract. However, Xxxx shall supervise, coordinate and provide all customary assistance or direction of the efforts performed under such subcontracts.

14.1 ENGINEERING DESIGN & CONSULTANCY SUBCONTRACTS Contractor shall use engineering design & consultancy Subcontracts to the benefit of the Project. [***].
Subcontract Services. The professional services described in, or reasonably to be inferred from, the Brief, as adjusted under the Subcontract.
Subcontract Services. The references to “Services” in Section 1(h) (“Wholesale Customer”) and Section 5 (“Trademarks”) of the Agreement are hereby replaced with references to “Services and/or Subcontract Services.” The reference to “Services” in Section 3.1(b) (“Services Exclusivity”) of the Agreement is hereby replaced with the reference to “Services and Subcontract Services.” The reference to “Services” in Section 3.2(e) (“Acceleration”) of the Agreement are hereby replaced with the reference to “Services or Subcontract Services, as applicable.” The references to “Services” in Section 8.2 (“Loss of Exclusivity”) in the paragraph after Section 8.2(b) and Section 12.2(a) and (b) (“Effect”) of the Agreement are hereby replaced with references to “Services and the exclusive right to provide the Subcontract Services.” The references to “Services” in Section 10.2 (“Indemnification by Ditech”) of the Agreement, other than the last sentence thereof, are hereby replaced with references to “Subcontract Services.”
Subcontract Services. Consultant may not subcontract any of the Contract Services without the written consent of the Client.
Subcontract Services. The compensation paid the vendor for all services such as laboratory services, testing services, and other services which are not identified in Sections IV or V above or performed by individuals billed to the customer in accordance with Section I above, but are subcontracted by the vendor, shall be the vendor 's cost for such subcontract service plus twenty percent (20%) the vendor mark- up on such costs.
