Smartsheet. As between the parties, all right, title, and interest in and to Smartsheet Properties is owned by Smartsheet notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement. Except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, Smartsheet does not convey any rights to Customer or any Customer User.
