Security and Processing. 15.8 So far as the Warrantors are aware, there are, and in the past three years there have been, no instances of accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, Personal Data stored or otherwise processed by a Group Company.
Security and Processing. Security 2.1. Smartsheet has implemented and maintains information security policies and safeguards as described in Timeline 1 (Security Practices) for this Agreement, which include physical, organizational, and technical measures designed to preserve the security, integrity, and confidentiality of Customer Content and protect against information security threats. Smartsheet can update such security policies and from time to time, provided that such an update does not materially reduce the security level or appointments as described in Schedule 1. 2.2 Processing. Customer represents and warrants that they have all necessary rights, permissions and consents to: (a) send all Customer Content to the Services; and (b) grant Smartsheet limited rights to process Customer Content for the provision of the Services.
