Common use of Smoke-Free Building and Environment Clause in Contracts

Smoke-Free Building and Environment. You understand and agree that the Home has been designated as a smoke-free living environment. You, Authorized Occupants, and any guest or visitor of Yours shall not smoke anywhere in the Home or the building in which the Home is located or in any of the Common Areas immediately adjoining the building in which the Home is located.
