Smoking whilst on duty is allowed only in accordance with the employing organisations policies and procedures and also in accordance with the policies and procedures of the organisation on whose premises staff are working. Any issues relating to the consumption of alcohol or drugs will be managed within the organisational procedures of the member of staff.
