Social relationships. Employees must refrain from any involvement in social relationships with clients, whether initiated by the employee or the client. What may appear as a consensual encounter to the employee may be perceived as coercion by the client. It is recognized that occasionally, in non-work settings, a relationship will develop either before the non-employee becomes a client, or without the employee’s knowledge that the person is a client. If this occurs, the employee should notify their supervisor of the situation and follow the provisions of this policy related to serving friends and relatives, if the client continues to seek services from the agency.

  • EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIPS The ORGANIZATION, its employees, volunteers or agents performing under this Agreement are not deemed to be employees of the COUNTY, nor volunteers or agents of the COUNTY in any manner whatsoever.   • Industrial Relations 4.1 The Unions agree that, provided the provisions of this Agreement are implemented, no stoppage of work shall occur.

  • Other Relationships Any Agent and any other person, whether or not acting for itself, may acquire, hold or dispose of any Note, Coupon, Talon or other security (or any interest therein) of the Issuer or any other person, may enter into or be interested in any contract or transaction with any such person, and may act on, or as depositary, trustee or agent for, any committee or body of holders of securities of any such person, in each case with the same rights as it would have had if that Agent were not an Agent and need not account for any profit.

  • Social Services For Applicants residing in a state NB is licensed, NB will conduct the home study and post-placement services. If the Applicant resides outside of NB's service area, NB, in cooperation with the Applicant, will select a Local Home Study Agency to conduct direct social services. The Applicant understands and consents to the professional exchange of their information between NB and the local home study agency.

  • Employee Grievances 3.2(a) Grievances on behalf of employees shall be handled as follows:

Your employment with the Company will be “at will,” meaning that either you or the Company may terminate your employment at any time and for any reason, with or without cause.
