Common use of SOCIAL SECURITY PAYMENTS Clause in Contracts

SOCIAL SECURITY PAYMENTS. For the employees covered by this Agreement, the Employer shall make regular payments to the Federal and State Government for Social Security and Unemployment Insurance, as provided by law, and shall carry Workmen's Compensation and shall furnish satisfactory proof to the Union upon request.
