Common use of Software and Hardware Clause in Contracts

Software and Hardware. 43.14.1 The Cardholder shall at its cost, procure, maintain and update/upgrade all such software and computer and communication systems, as applicable, from time-to-time, to avail and use the Services through Alternate Channels which are compatible with the Bank's system. The Bank shall be at liberty to change, vary or upgrade its software, hardware, operating systems, etc., from time-to-time and shall be under no obligation to support the software, hardware, operating systems of the Cardholder and that the same shall be the sole responsibility of the Cardholder.
