Should this happen, review your transaction status to verify the status of any attempted transaction when you return to an area with wire- less coverage or where you have access to a computer (or contact us at 000-000-0000). Neither we nor any of our Vendors assumes responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, misdelivery, or failure to store any user data, communications, or personalization settings in connection with your use of the Software, nor do we or our Vendors assume any responsibility for any disclosure of account information to third parties as a result of the action or inaction of you or your wireless telecommunications provider.
