Soil and Groundwater Test Facility Construction. (accept construction) The provider will conduct one final inspection for the project to determine if the work has been completed in accordance with the contract documents and the punch list. Subsequent to this final inspection, the provider will make final payment to the subcontractor. Written notice shall be provided to FDOH that the work is complete. As- built drawings will then be developed by the provider for the facility. Deliverable: As-built drawings of the test facility.

  • BUILDER’S RISK FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS If the project is NEW CONSTRUCTION, then the following provisions apply:
