Sole Agent. By acceptance of this policy, the NAMED INSURED agrees to act on YOUR behalf with respect to: a. Exercising the option to purchase an Extended Reporting Period; b. The giving and receiving of notice of CLAIM(S) or cancellation; and c. The payment of premiums that may become due under this policy. Each of YOU agrees that the NAMED INSURED will act on YOUR behalf.
