Common use of Sole Employment Clause in Contracts

Sole Employment. (a) Provider’s employment to perform Services pursuant to this Agreement shall be one hundred percent (100%) of the clinical efforts of Provider and shall be Provider’s only engagement or employment to perform medical services. Provider will not perform any medically-related or clinical services or activities of any type, with or without remuneration, whether as principal, employee, or independent contractor, for any third party without the prior written consent of UCP. This Section 5(a) shall not prohibit Provider from performing those services associated with his or her faculty appointment or staff position with the College.
