SOLICITATION AFTER TERMINATION. Employee agrees that, in addition to any other limitation, for a period of three years after the termination of his employment under this agreement, except a termination caused by employer in violation of the terms of this agreement, and unless otherwise specified in this agreement, employee will not, on behalf of himself or on behalf of any other person, firm, corporation, or other entity, call on any of the customers of employer, or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries for the purpose of soliciting and/or providing to any of such customers any manufacturing, advertising, designing, promoting, selling, fiscal, or other promotional or consulting services, nor will he, in any way, directly or indirectly, for himself, or on behalf of any other person, firm, corporation, or other entity solicit, divert, or take away any customer of employer, its affiliates or its subsidiaries. This provision may be modified in whole or in part, or waived, but only in writing, by employer with approval of employer's Board of Directors.

Employee agrees that in addition to any other limitation, for a period of two years after the termination of his employment with Robexxx, Xxc., except a termination caused by Employer in violation of the terms of this Agreement, and unless otherwise specified, he will not, on behalf of himself or on behalf of any other person, firm, or corporation, call on any of the employees of Employer, or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries, for the purpose of recruiting such employees to employment with Employee, his then-current employer, or affiliates of his then-current employer. Further, Employee agrees that, for such two-year period, if any employee of Employer contacts Employee about employment with Employee, his then-current employer, or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries, Employee shall contact Employer prior to employing the prospective employee, and shall permit Employer to discuss the matter with the prospective employee.

Employee agrees that, in addition to any other limitation, for a period of five years after the termination of his employment under this Agreement, except a termination caused by Employer in violation of the terms of this Agreement, and unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, Employee will not, on behalf of himself or on behalf of any other person, firm, corporation, or other entity, call on any of the customers of Employer, or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries for the purpose of soliciting and/or providing to any of such customers any Business-to-Business E-Commerce or ISP Internet Services, nor will he, in any way, directly or indirectly, for himself or on behalf of any other person, firm, corporation, or other entity solicit, divert, or take away any customer of Employer, its affiliates or its subsidiaries.
SOLICITATION AFTER TERMINATION. After termination of this Agreement for any reason, the Distributor and the Distributor Agency Affiliates agree that they will not take any action designed or calculated to result in the transfer, exchange or replacement of any Policy or Contract.

Employee agrees that, in addition to any other limitation, for a period of two years after the termination of his/her employment under this agreement, and unless otherwise specified in this agreement, employee will not, on behalf of himself/herself or on behalf of any other person, firm, corporation, or other entity, call on any of the customers of employer, or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries for the purpose of soliciting and/or providing to any of such customers any voice and data communication products and services, nor will he/she in any way, directly or indirectly, for himself/herself, or on behalf of any other person, firm, corporation, or other entity solicit, divert, or take away any customer of employer, its affiliates or its subsidiaries.
SOLICITATION AFTER TERMINATION. The Employee agrees that, in addition to any other limitation, for a period of one (1) year after the termination of employment, except a termination caused by the Employer in violation of the terms of this Agreement (the "Post Termination Period"), and unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, the Employee will not, on Employee's own behalf or on behalf of any other person, firm, or corporation, call on any of the customers of the Employer, or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries, for the purpose of soliciting or providing to any of the customers any knit or denim apparel, and the Employee will not, in any way, directly or indirectly, on Employee's own behalf, or on behalf of any other person, firm, or corporation, solicit, divert, or take away any customer of the Employer, its affiliates, or its subsidiaries. In addition, during the Post Termination Period Employee shall not circumvent or interfere with the contractual relationships between Employer, its affiliates, or its subsidiaries and any vendor or contractor with whom Employer is doing business at the time of termination.
SOLICITATION AFTER TERMINATION. After Termination for cause by XXxxxxxxx.xxx, XXxxxxxxx.xxx is permitted to approach End-Users to continue provision of Services, either by XXxxxxxxx.xxx directly or by a third party.
SOLICITATION AFTER TERMINATION. Xxxxxxxxxxx agrees that, in addition to any other limitation contained in this Agreement, regardless of the circumstances of the termination of employment (other than termination resulting from termination of Xxxxxxxxxxx by the Company or expiration of the term of this Agreement), for a period of one (1) year immediately following the termination of his employment under this agreement, Xxxxxxxxxxx will not, on behalf of himself or on behalf of any other person, firm, corporation, or other entity, call on any of the customers of Nortech for the purpose of soliciting and/or providing to any of such customers any of Nortech’s products; nor will he, in any way, directly or indirectly, for himself, or on behalf of any other person, firm, corporation, or other entity, solicit, divert, or take away any customer or employee.
SOLICITATION AFTER TERMINATION. Lucente agrees that, in addition to any other lxxxxxxxon, for a period of two (2) years after the termination of this Agreement, except for a termination caused by QMS in violation of this Agreement, Lucente will not, on behalf of himself or any othxx xxxxon, firm, corporation, or other entity, solicit, recruit, or divert any employee of QMS, or any candidate for employment by QMS, for employment elsewhere.

Employee agrees that in addition to any other limitation, for the period time after the termination of his employment with Employer that any payment is made to Employee pursuant to this or any other agreement or arrangement with Employee, plus one year (except a termination caused by Employer in violation of the terms of this Agreement) and unless otherwise specified, he will not, on behalf of himself or on behalf of any other person, firm, or corporation, call on any of the employees of Employer, or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries, for the purpose of recruiting such employees to employment with Employee, his then-current employer, or affiliates of his then-current employer. Further, Employee agrees that, for such period, if any employee of Employer contacts Employee about employment with Employee, his then-current employer, or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries, Employee shall contact Employer prior to employing the prospective employee, and shall permit Employer to discuss the matter with the prospective employee.
