Vendor or Contractor definition

Vendor or Contractor as used herein means the company that will be awarded the contract.
Vendor or Contractor means the successful bidder to whom the contract has been awarded and with whom the Tendering Authority signs the contract for rendering of goods and services.
Vendor or Contractor means any individual, corporation, business trust, partnership, limited liability company, association, joint venture, governmental agency, public corporation, or other entity that has submitted a response to this RFQ and has legal authority to enter into a contract.

  • As such, nothing in any solicitation permits or shall be construed as authorizing Vendor or Contractor to use or display County's Intellectual Property.

  • All advance payments to a vendor require the completion and submittal of the Attachment 47 Request for Advance Payment and/or Deposit to a Vendor or Contractor form, with the payment request.

  • Vendor or Contractor acknowledges that participation in and for SH and the Event and related activities entails known and unanticipated risks that could result in damage to myself, my employees, volunteers, customers, and others and/or damage to equipment or other property.

  • The City will require the Vendor and Contractor to indemnify, hold harmless, and save the Secretary and the City from personal injury and property damage claims arising out of the act of omission of the Vendor or Contractor, their agents, subcontractors (at any tier), or suppliers (at any tier).
