Common use of Solicitation of Money Clause in Contracts

Solicitation of Money. It is agreed that there will be no solicitation of money from employees during working hours by either the Administration, the Union or the employees. It is understood and agreed that nationally recognized charity request forms may be distributed to the employees, but there shall be no solicitation or compliance requirements. Payroll deductions will be provided for contributions of $15.00 or more to approved charities in installments of not less than $5.00 at the request of the employee.
