Common use of Solicitation Prohibition Clause in Contracts

Solicitation Prohibition. ‌ ASSOCIATION members, ASSOCIATION representatives or affiliates are prohibited from using or inferring that they are representing the COUNTY, or any subdivision or combination thereof, when soliciting funds, selling a product or service, either directly or indirectly, that is ASSOCIATION sponsored with funds all or in part going to the ASSOCIATION. Nothing in this section prohibits the ASSOCIATION from identifying itself as the Lane County Peace Officers Association.
