Common use of Soliciting Employees Clause in Contracts

Soliciting Employees. Executive promises and agrees that for a -------------------- period of five years following the date of termination of employment hereunder, he will not directly or indirectly (i) solicit any employee of the Company to work for any business, individual, partnership, firm, corporation, or other entity in competition with the business of the Company or any subsidiary of the Company or Related Entity at any time during such period or (ii) hire any person who was an employee of the Company or any Subsidiary or Related Entity at any time during the last year of the Employment Period.

The Executive promises and agrees that that, for a -------------------- period of five years twelve (12) months following the date of termination of his employment hereunder, he will not directly or indirectly (i) solicit any person who is then, or at any time within six months prior thereto was, an employee of the Company to leave the employ of the Company to work for any business, individual, partnership, firm, corporation, or other entity then in competition with the business of the Company or any subsidiary of or successor to the Company or Related Entity at any time during such period or (ii) hire any person who was an employee of the Company or any Subsidiary or Related Entity at any time during the last year of the Employment PeriodCompany.
