Common use of Soliciting Employees Clause in Contracts

Soliciting Employees. Employee promises and agrees that he will not, for a period of one year following termination of his employment or the expiration of this Agreement, directly or indirectly solicit any of the Company employees who earned annually $80,000 or more as a Company employee during the last six months of his or her own employment to work for any business, individual, partnership, firm, corporation, or other entity then in competition with the business of the Company or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company.

Soliciting Employees. Employee promises and agrees that he will not, for a period of one year two (2) years following termination of his employment or the expiration of this Agreement, directly or indirectly solicit any of the Company employees who earned annually $80,000 25,000 or more as a Company employee during the last six months of his or her own employment to work for any business, individual, partnership, firm, corporation, or other entity then in competition with the business of the Company or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company.

Employee promises and agrees that he will not, for a period of one (1) year following after the termination of his employment or the expiration of this Agreementemployment, directly or indirectly indirectly, solicit any of the Company Employer's employees who earned annually $80,000 or more as a Company employee during the last six months of his or her own employment to work for any business, individual, partnership, firm, corporation, or other entity that is then in competition with the Employer's business of the Company or any subsidiary or affiliate of the CompanyEmployer.

Employee promises and agrees that he will not, for a period of one year following termination of his employment or the expiration of the Term of this Agreement, directly or indirectly solicit any of the Company employees who earned annually $80,000 or more as a Company employee of the Company, who, at any time during the last six months of his such Employee's employment with Company, received an annual salary of $25,000 or her own employment more as an employee of the Company to work for any business, individual, partnership, firm, corporation, or other entity then in direct or indirect competition with the business of the Company or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company.

Employee promises and agrees that he will not, for a period of one year following termination of his employment or the expiration of this Agreement, directly or indirectly indirectly, solicit any of the Company employees who earned annually Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($80,000 25,000.00) or more as a Company employee during the last six months of his or her own employment to work for any business, individual, partnership, firm, corporation, or other entity then in competition with the business of the Company or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company.

Employee promises and agrees that he she will not, during the term of this Agreement and for a period of one year twenty-four (24) months following termination of his her employment or the expiration of this AgreementAgreement or renewal in accordance with Section VI above, directly or indirectly solicit any of the Company employees who earned annually $80,000 50,000 or more as a Company employee during the last six months of his or her own employment to work for any business, individual, partnership, firm, corporation, or other entity then in competition with the business of the Company or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company.

Soliciting Employees. Employee promises and agrees that he will not, during the term of this Agreement and for a period of one year twelve (12) months following termination of his employment or the expiration of this AgreementAgreement or renewal in accordance with Section VI above, directly or indirectly solicit any of the Company employees who earned annually $80,000 50,000 or more as a Company employee during the last six months of his or her his own employment to work for any business, individual, partnership, firm, corporation, or other entity then in competition with the business of the Company or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company.
