000 DEFINITIONS 6. 100 Maintenance shall be work performed for the repair, renovation, revamp and upkeep of property, machinery and equipment within the limits of the plant property.
Definitions of General Application For purposes of this Agreement, unless otherwise specified: Agreement means the Free Trade Agreement between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Republic of Peru; Commission means the Free Trade Commission established under Article 170 (Free Trade Commission) of Chapter 14 (Administration of the Agreement);
Loan Regulations; Definitions Section 1.01. All references to “$” or dollar amounts will be to lawful currency of the United States of America. Any representation or warranty contained herein as to the enforceability of a contract shall be subject to the effect of any bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, moratorium or other similar law affecting the enforcement of creditors’ rights generally and to general equitable principles (regardless of whether such enforceability is considered in a proceeding in equity or at law).
Amended Definitions The following definitions in Section 1.01 of the Credit Agreement shall be and they hereby are amended and restated in their respective entireties to read as follows:
