Common use of Solvency Analysis Clause in Contracts

Solvency Analysis. The Lenders shall have received a reasonably satisfactory solvency certificate of the chief financial officer of the Borrower which shall certify as to the solvency of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries considered as a whole after giving effect to the Transactions and the financing contemplated hereby.
