Common use of SOUND CONTROL Clause in Contracts

SOUND CONTROL. Contractor shall comply with all County and local sound control and noise level rules, regulations, and ordinances, which apply to any work performed pursuant to the Contract, and will make every effort to control any undue noise resulting from its operation. Full compensation for conforming to requirements of SOUND CONTROL will be considered as included in the various items of work involved and no additional compensation will be allowed thereafter.
