B1 The Services B1.1 The Contractor shall supply the Services during the Contract Period in accordance with the Authority’s requirements as set out in the Specification and the provisions of the Contract in consideration of the payment of the Contract Price. The Authority may inspect and examine the manner in which the Contractor supplies the Services at the Premises during normal business hours on reasonable notice.
Maintenance of Clothing It shall be the Employer's responsibility to ensure that uniforms and clothing issued is properly cleaned, maintained and repaired. The Employer shall bear all costs of such cleaning, maintenance and repairs.
Use of the Services 1.1 We will make the Oracle services listed in Your order (the “Services”) available to You pursuant to this Agreement and Your order. Except as otherwise stated in this Agreement or Your order, You have the non- exclusive, worldwide, limited right to use the Services during the period defined in Your order, unless earlier terminated in accordance with this Agreement or Your order (the “Services Period”), solely for Your internal business operations. Information and Services 2.1.1 The Owner shall provide full information in a timely manner regarding the requirements of the Project, including the Owner’s objectives, constraints and criteria, space requirements and relationships, flexibility and expandability requirements, special equipment and systems, and site requirements as reasonably requested by Construction Manager in writing.
Maintenance of Confidentiality Each party agrees that it shall take reasonable measures to protect the secrecy of and avoid disclosure and unauthorized use of the Confidential Information of the other party. Without limiting the foregoing, each party shall take at least those measures that it takes to protect its own most highly confidential information and shall ensure that its employees who have access to Confidential Information of the other party have signed a non-use and non-disclosure agreement in content similar to the provisions hereof, prior to any disclosure of Confidential Information to such employees. Neither party shall make any copies of the Confidential Information of the other party unless the same are previously approved in writing by the other party. Each party shall reproduce the other party's proprietary rights notices on any such approved copies, in the same manner in which such notices were set forth in or on the original.
Access to the Services ID’s for access to Vendor Core Research and Analyst Inquiry may not be shared. Access to the Services is restricted to the number of named individuals (each a “Licensed User”) as identified in the Customer Purchase Order.
Specific Services Contractor agrees to furnish the following services: Contractor shall provide the services described in Exhibit “A”. No additional services shall be performed by Contractor unless approved in advance in writing by the County stating the dollar value of the services, the method of payment, and any adjustment in contract time or other contract terms.
