Use of Card definition

Use of Card means any procedure used by you, or someone authorized by you, to make a purchase or obtain a cash advance whether or not the purchase or advance is evidenced by a signed written document. “Unauthorized use of the Card” means the use of the Card by someone other than you who does not have actual, implied, or apparent authority for such use, and from which you receive no benefit. SECURITY INTEREST YOU SPECIFICALLY GRANT US A CONSENSUAL SECURITY INTEREST IN ALL INDIVIDUAL AND JOINT ACCOUNTS YOU HAVE WITH US NOW AND IN THE FUTURE TO SECURE REPAYMENT OF CREDIT EXTENSIONS MADE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. THE GRANTING OF THIS SECURITY INTEREST IS A CONDITION FOR THE ISSUANCE OF ANY CARD, WHICH YOU MAY USE DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO OBTAIN EXTENSION OF CREDIT UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. Share and deposits in an Individual Retirement Account or any other account that would lose special tax treatment under state or federal law if given are not subject to the security interest you are giving. ADDITIONAL SECURITY. If you have other loans with us, now or in the future, collateral securing those loans may also secure your obligations under this Agreement. Please read any security agreement you sign in order to determine if the collateral also secures your obligations under this Agreement and other agreements you have with us.

Examples of Use of Card in a sentence

  • Use of Card Account also subject to fraud prevention restrictions at any time, with or without notice.

  • Unauthorized Use of Card: If someone uses my Card and my PIN or my Account number with any other security code to make unauthorized Purchases or otherwise obtain the benefits of my Card, I will not be responsible for any unauthorized transactions that occur after I have informed you that my Card or Account information has been lost, stolen, misused or is missing.

  • Notice that a Card or Account is or may be lost, stolen, or subject to unauthorized use shall be given to Bank in the manner provided in the Section above entitled “Notifying Bank of Loss, Theft or Unauthorized Use of Card or Account.

  • Use of Card – Your Card(s) and/or account may not be used for any illegal activity or transaction.

  • Use of Card for Illegal or Risky Transactions It is your responsibility to comply with all laws when using your Navy Federal Credit Card.

  • Use of Card at ATMs or for Electronic Payment System (EPS) payment If you want to operate any of your bank accounts with us with your credit card using an ATM, or if you want to make payment from that bank account through EPS, you have to link that bank account to your credit card.

  • Use of Card for Purchases and Cash Advances You understand you may use your Visa debit/ATM card to make purchases of goods and services (“purchases”) at any place where Visa cards are accepted and to obtain cash (“cash advances”) at any Visa financial institution.

  • Disclosure of loss of PIN, Loss, Stolen, or Unauthorized Use of Card You shall be and remain liable to us for any goods and services supplied by the merchants through the use of your Card whether or not you have authorized such usage.

  • Your Liability for Use of Card or Card Number YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU WILL NOT HAVE THE BENEFIT OF ANY CONSUMER LAW LIMITING LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO THE UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CARDS OR CARD NUMBERS.

  • Hosted Software means the software owned and controlled by Vendor or Vendor’s third-party contractor that supports the Hosted Software Services.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Licensee Data means, other than Resultant Data, information, data and other content, in any form or medium, that is collected, downloaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly from Licensee or an Authorized User by or through the Services.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Proprietary Marks shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 24.01.

  • Password is the customer-generated code selected by you for use during the initial sign-on, or the codes you select after the initial sign-on, that establishes your connection to the Service;

  • System of care means the coordination of a system of services and supports to individuals and their families that ensures they optimally live, work, and recreate in integrated communities of their choice.

  • Continuum of care means a full range of economic, physical, psychological, social and support programs and services necessary to maintain or restore older individuals to their optimal environment.

  • Licensed User means an employee, contractor or agent of Client who is authorized by Client to access and use the Licensed Software, to whom a password and user ID has been issued by Client and whose access to the Licensed Software has not been terminated, suspended or surrendered.

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).

  • Research Data means documents in a digital form, other than scientific publications, which are collected or produced in the course of scientific research activities and are used as evidence in the research process, or are commonly accepted in the research community as necessary to validate research findings and results;

  • Publicity Material means the promotional gifts, catalogues, pamphlets and all and any advertising and publicity material whatsoever which an Exhibitor wishes to display, distribute or use at the Exhibition.
