Source of Data. The time period from the date Federal funds are received and credited to a State account and the date those funds are expended by check from the State's account shall be determined from information captured in the State's FAMIS and supplementary accounting information kept at the department or agency-level. The check expended (issued) date is adjusted by the check clearance pattern specified in Exhibit II to arrive at the cash disbursement date.
