SOURCE OF LOAN REPAYMENT. The Loan must be repaid with energy savings or other legally available sources, but shall not be repaid with Proposition 39 award funds (money Borrower is allocated pursuant to Public Resources Code section 26233, the California Clean Energy Jobs Act).
