Common use of Sources of Funding Clause in Contracts

Sources of Funding. A. State funding for dual credit/concurrent courses will be available to both the ISD and Hill College based upon the current agreement between the Commissioner of Education and Commissioner of Higher Education. In accordance with this agreement, Hill College may claim state funding for all students registered for college‐level credit in a dual credit/concurrent course.
