South Georgia. Pre-Paid may reserve facilities for up to four (4) business days for each facility requested on a LMUSI from the time the LMU information is returned to South Georgia Pre-Paid. During and prior to South Georgia Pre-Paid placing an LSR, the reserved facilities are rendered unavailable to other customers, including BellSouth. If South Georgia Pre-Paid does not submit an LSR for a UNE service on a reserved facility within the four-day reservation timeframe, the reservation of that spare facility will become invalid and the facility will be released.

South Georgia. Pre-Paid may provide its own splitters or may order splitters in a central office once it has installed its DSLAM in that central office. BellSouth will install splitters within thirty-six (36) calendar days of South Georgia Pre-Paid’s submission of an error free Line Splitter Ordering Document (“LSOD”) to the BellSouth Complex Resale Support Group.
South Georgia. Pre-Paid shall have access for repair and maintenance purposes to any Loop for which it has access to the High Frequency Spectrum. If South Georgia Pre-Paid is using a BellSouth owned splitter, South Georgia Pre-Paid may access the Loop at the point where the combined voice and data signal exits the central office splitter via a bantam test xxxx. If South Georgia Pre-Paid provides its own splitter, it may test from the collocation space or the Termination Point.

An individual LSR will be identified for billing purposes by its PON. 2.3.2.1 South Georgia Prepaid may submit an LSR to request that an End User’s service be temporarily suspended, denied, or restored. Alternatively, South Georgia Prepaid may submit a list of such End Users if South Georgia Prepaid provides a separate PON for each location on the list. BellSouth will xxxx an electronic or manual service order charge for each location. 2.3.2.2 BellSouth will xxxx the electronic or manual service order charge, as applicable, for an LSR, regardless of whether that LSR is later supplemented, clarified or cancelled. 2.3.2.3 Notwithstanding the foregoing, BellSouth will not xxxx an additional electronic or manual service order charge for supplements to any LSR submitted to clarify, correct, change or cancel a previously submitted LSR.

Termination of the reimbursement policy shall not occur until a notice of termination has been mailed or delivered to the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services. This notice must be mailed or delivered at least 30 days prior to the date of termination. CANCELLATION section is amended as follows: You, the Service Agreement Holder may apply for reimbursement directly to the insurer if a refund or credit is not paid before the 46th day after the date on which Your Agreement is returned to the provider.
