SCHEDULE 5: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS (CLAUSE 38) Counties Manukau District Health Board The parties recognise that both the employer and the employees have legitimate interests in the ownership of copyright and other intellectual property rights which may be developed by employees in the course of their employment. Any material proceeds or other benefits arising from these rights will be negotiated on a case by case basis.
