The procuring End User may terminate for convenience any or all of the SOW Projects entered into by the procuring End User and the Contractor pursuant to this Contract by giving the Contractor fifteen (15) days written notice. SOW Project Termination. The State may immediately terminate for convenience any or all of the SOW Projects entered into by the State and the Contractor pursuant to this Contract by giving the Contractor written notice. The Contractor shall be entitled to receive equitable compensation for satisfactory authorized services completed as of the termination date. If the Contractor fails to properly perform their obligations under any SOW Project entered into by the State and the Contractor pursuant to this Contract, or violate any of the terms of this Contract, the State shall have the right to terminate for cause any or all of the Contractor's SOW Projects, and to withhold payments in excess of equitable compensation for completed services. The State will provide notification of termination for cause in writing. This notice shall: (1) specify in reasonable detail the nature of the breach;
