Contract Termination Date definition

Contract Termination Date means the effective date upon which the Agreement terminates pursuant to the applicable Section in Article VIII below.

Contract Termination Date means the termination date of a Bilateral Contract agreed between the parties at the time of registration of the Contract or any other date as approved by the Market Operator;

"TCPL" means TransCanada PipeLines Limited, a Canada corporation and its successors and assigns. "TCPL Consent" means the final and irrevocable consent of TCPL to the termination of the Contract required under the Assignment Agreement and obtained by ProGas pursuant to the terms hereof on terms and conditions reasonably acceptable to each of ProGas and NEA.
