SOW Renewal. At least six (6) months prior to the expiration of the SOW Initial Term and each applicable SOW Renewal Term, Evolent and UPMC shall meet to discuss whether a renewal of this SOW is desired and terms for such renewal (each such renewal a “SOW Renewal Term”).
