SPACE INVENTORY. The space inventory is the foundation used to develop a cleaning plan, determine effective resource scheduling, identify required tools and materials, and establish controls and metrics necessary to effectively manage the work. Physically measuring each space is a requirement of the Workload Analysis. When conducting the space inventory, obtain specific data elements listed on PS Form 4869 (Figure B-6) including:

SPACE INVENTORY. Space will be separately identified as belonging to the Joint College and will be addressed in the FSU space inventory system. FSU will be responsible for the reporting of Joint College space to external entities as may be required, including, but not limited to, the Board of Governors, the Department of Financial Services, and the Department of Environmental Protection. In addition, both universities may separately identify some space on its main campus as being assigned to the Joint College while remaining on the space inventory of the respective university.

  • CURRENT INVENTORY OF QUALIFIED PROPERTY In addition to the requirements of Section 10.2 of this Agreement, if there is a material change in the Qualified Property described in EXHIBIT 4, then within 60 days from the date commercial operation begins, the Applicant shall provide to the District, the Comptroller, the Appraisal District or the State Auditor’s Office a specific and detailed description of the tangible personal property, buildings, and/or permanent, nonremovable building components (including any affixed to or incorporated into real property) on the Land to which the value limitation applies including maps or surveys of sufficient detail and description to locate all such described property on the Land.

  • New Equipment Where new types of equipment and/or operations, for which rates of pay are not established by this Agreement, are put into use after the ratification date of this Agreement within operations covered by this Agreement, rates governing such operations shall be subject to negotiations between the parties. This paragraph shall apply to all new types of equipment including office and clerical equipment. In the event an agreement cannot be reached within sixty (60) days after the date such equipment is put into use, the matter may shall be submitted to the National Grievance Committee for final disposition. Rates agreed upon or awarded shall be effective as of the date equipment is put to use

  • Stored equipment We accept no responsibility for any stored equipment or other property brought on to or left at the premises, and all liability for loss or damage is hereby excluded. All equipment and other property (other than stored equipment) must be removed at the end of each hiring or we will charge fees each day or part of a day at the hire fee per hiring until the same is removed. We may, in our discretion, dispose of any items referred to below by sale or otherwise on such terms and conditions as we think fit, and charge you any costs we incur in storing and selling or otherwise disposing of the same, in any of the following circumstances:
