SPACE SIZE. Occupant understands advertised space sizes are approximate and for comparison purposes only. The space rented by Occupant may be smaller or larger than advertised. The rent is not based on square foot measurements and there shall be no abatement or reduction in the amount of rent if the space is smaller or larger than declared.

SPACE SIZE. Minimum booth space size is 10’ x 10’ or 100 square feet (inline). Peninsula booth space consists of four 10’ x 10’ booth spaces in a 20’ x 20’ configuration with peninsula or Inline booths adjacent. Island booth space is subject to a minimum purchase of six 10’ x 10’ booth spaces in a 20’ x 30’ configuration. All definitions will appear in the 2022 Display Rules and Regulations.
SPACE SIZE. Lessee understands that the space leased is in a common lot with other lessees. The advertised space sizes are approximate and for comparison purposes only. The space rented by Lessee may be smaller or larger than advertised. The rent is not based on square foot measurements and there shall be no abatement or reduction in the amount of rent if the space is smaller or larger than declared. It is Lessee’s obligation to notify Lessor if another Lessee has encroached on Lessee’s space. In the event Lessee encroaches on another’s space, then Lessee will be notified by Lessor and will be required to move the trailer within 24 hours.

  • Space Bearing in mind the respective competences of the Community, its Member States and the European Space Agency the Parties shall promote, where appropriate, long term co-operation in the areas of civil space research, development and commercial applications. The Parties will pay particular attention to initiatives making full use of the complementarity of their respective space activities.

  • Configuration The configuration for the Purchase Right Aircraft will be the Detail Specification for Model 767-3S2F aircraft at the revision level in effect at the time of the Supplemental Agreement. Such Detail Specification will be revised to include (i) changes required to obtain required regulatory certificates and (ii) other changes as mutually agreed upon by Boeing and Customer.

  • Work Load The professional obligation of academic employees comprises both scheduled and non-scheduled activities. The Guild and the District recognize that it is part of the professional responsibility of faculty to carry out their duties in an appropriate manner and place. As part of this responsibility faculty are expected to play an important role in the recruitment and retention of students, campus and departmental governance, program review, accreditation, planning and mentoring. Faculty commitment to retention will be demonstrated by informing students that they are to talk with the instructor prior to dropping the course. Faculty are encouraged to include a statement to this effect in their course syllabi. While it is understood that course syllabi content falls within the purview of the individual faculty member’s academic freedom, the parties also understand that items required to be part of syllabi in order to maintain college or continuing education accreditation must also be included. Tenured/tenure-track faculty who have less than a full-time contract are not eligible to work any additional assignments including long-term substitution (day-to-day substitution is allowed provided the limits specified in Section 5.2.1.3 are not exceeded). Faculty assignments shall be made in the following priority order: Tenured/tenure-track, pro- rata, overload, Priority of Assignment (POA) adjunct faculty assignments, then non-POA adjunct faculty.

  • Building Services Labor Law Article 9 applies to Contracts for building service work over $1,500 with a public agency, that: (i) involve the care or maintenance of an existing building, or (ii) involve the transportation of office furniture or equipment to or from such building, or (iii) involve the transportation and delivery of fossil fuel to such building, and (iv) the principal purpose of which is to furnish services through use of building service employees.

  • Multiple Bedroom Spaces If this Housing Agreement expressly identifies more than one bedroom space in a multi-bedroom apartment as assigned to Resident on page 1, then: (a) references to a “space” or “spaces” will be deemed to refer to all of the spaces assigned to Resident, or to the entire apartment if all of the bedrooms in an apartment are assigned to Resident; and (b) if Resident is assigned fewer than all of the bedroom spaces in an apartment, use of common areas will continue to be shared with other residents of the apartment and any calculation of Resident’s share of any charges assessed pro rata to all residents of an apartment will be made by dividing the number of bedroom spaces assigned to Resident by the total number of occupied bedroom spaces within the apartment.

  • AMENITIES Amenities shall be prescribed as provided in Appendix F of this Agreement.
