Common use of Spanish Civil Procedure Clause in Contracts

Spanish Civil Procedure. In the event that this Agreement is raised to a Spanish Public Document, for the purposes of Article 572.2 of the Spanish Civil Procedure Law (Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil), all parties expressly agree that the exact amount due at any time by the Obligors to the Participating Creditors will be the amount specified in a certificate issued by the Administrative Agent (and/or any Participating Creditor) in accordance with Clause 35.2 (Certificates and Determinations) as representative of the Participating Creditors reflecting the balance of the accounts referred to in Clause 35.1 (Accounts).
