SPARES POLICY. Embraer guarantees the supply of spare parts, ground support equipment and tooling, except engines and their accessories, hereinafter referred to as “Spare(s)”, for the Aircraft for a period of ten (10) years after production of the last aircraft of the same type. Such Spares shall be supplied according to the prevailing availability, sale conditions, delivery schedule and effective price on the date of acceptance by Embraer of a purchase order placed by Buyer or Buyer’s Customer for any of such items.
