Certification forms shall be filed by the successful Bidder and all subcontractors, certifying that no federal funds have been or shall be used in federal lobbying activities and the disclosure forms shall be used by the successful Bidder and all subcontractors to disclose lobbying activities. The successful Bidder shall comply with the provisions of section 216.347, Florida Statutes, which prohibits the expenditure of contract funds for the purpose of lobbying the Legislature or a state agency.
