Special Application Clause Samples

An employee may request up to two (2) days paid sick leave absence due to the illness of a spouse or parent including any step relative in the same relationship with the employee. After utilization of these two (2) days, an employee will have deducted two (2) days of sick leave for each absence due to the sickness of a spouse or parent. There shall be a maximum of 10 sick days per fiscal year for this provision.
