Controller (and its European Union affiliates) shall be solely responsible for compliance with data protection and privacy laws, as applicable to Controller (and its European Union affiliates), including any personal data that requires special handling or special categories of personal data such as, without limitation, that which relates to an individual’s race or ethnicity, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade-union membership, health, sex life, or personal finances.
