Common use of Special Charges Clause in Contracts

Special Charges. If permitted by applicable law, Broker may collect from the Tenants and retain any and or all, but not limited to the following: an administrative charge for late payment of rent, a charge for returned or non-negotiated checks, interest, a rental application fee and any other fees as determined by Broker. These fees will be retained by Broker.
