Fire Services. City shall provide fire protection services to the Property on the same basis as is provided to other similarly situated residents and businesses in the City. Owner acknowledges the jurisdiction of the City’s fire department on the Property and shall not interfere or in any way hinder public safety activities on the Property regardless of whether such may be a restricted access community.

Fire Services. (a) Certification that sufficient fire hydrants are provided and that these are of the correct type, comply with the attached specifications as up-dated (Appendix A attached), are properly located, are in the correct depth and are properly and clearly marked.

Fire Services. In case of fire, all employees must assist in pre- venting the destruction of Company property. Fire apparatus must not be removed from its place or used except in cases of fire or by permission of a Team Leader. When a worker is exposed to a hazard of head injury he/she shall wear head protection appropriate in the circumstances, provided the wearing of the head protection does not create a hazard. Head pro- tection shall be worn on all mill property notwith- standing the noted exceptions.
