Common use of Special Legal Services Clause in Contracts

Special Legal Services. Fees for Special Legal Services, as described in Exhibit A of this Agreement, will be charged at a rate of $325 per hour for partners and $275 for associates. Paralegals shall be billed at a rate of $145 per hour.
