Rates for Services. 1. For the first (1st) year of the term of this Agreement (July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010), County shall pay Contractor at a rate of ONE HUNDRED EIGHT DOLLARS AND EIGHTY-FIVE CENTS ($108.85) per hour for up to an average of ten (10) hours per week.
2. For the second (2nd) year of the term of this Agreement (July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011), County shall pay Contractor at a rate of ONE HUNDRED EIGHT DOLLARS AND EIGHTY-FIVE CENTS ($108.85) per hour for up to an average of ten (10) hours per week.
3. In the event Contractor receives one (1) additional Board Certification from American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Contractor’s rate of pay will increase to ONE HUNDRED FOURTEEN DOLLARS AND TWENTY-NINE CENTS ($114.29) per hour, for the first (1st) year of the contract, and ONE HUNDRED FOURTEEN DOLLARS AND TWENTY-NINE CENTS ($114.29) per hour, for the second (2nd) year of the contract. The increase will be effective as of the first (1ST) day of the month following Contractor’s receipt of such certification. Contractor will promptly provide County with proof of any such certification receipt.

2. For the second (2nd) year of the term of this Agreement (July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013), County shall pay Contractor at a rate of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY DOLLARS AND FIFTY-FOUR CENTS (130.54) per hour for up to an average of eight (8) hours per week.
Rates for Services. Item Cost
Rates for Services. For the term of this Agreement, the rates for the performance of the Services pursuant to this Agreement shall be as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Rates for Services. Subject to the following sections of this Article 3, Reseller will be charged and shall pay for the Services at the rates set forth in the attached Schedule D, which is hereby incorporated by reference. Such rates represent a negotiated agreement between the Parties for Services. 3.1.1. Except as otherwise provided in a Service Supplement, Reseller shall: (i) acquire, install and maintain all access equipment and facilities from the Point of Demarcation to the Residence, including all associated cable and inter- and intra-Building and intra-Residence cabling compatible with TCG's existing switching equipment and network architecture, (ii) acquire TCG equipment or equipment which meets TCG's standard requirements or which is otherwise approved by TCG (i.e. the subscriber line carrier, digital loop carrier or access node and associated line card equipment), (iii) provide transport and maintenance of the equipment, by whomever provided, from the Point of Demarcation to the Residence, or from the point at which it leaves the digital loop carrier, or the access node, whichever is applicable, (iv) provide customer support and billing services to Customers, (v) maintain the TCG specified environment for Reseller's and/or TCG's equipment and facilities; and (vi) provide appropriate file record information and dataline services for information transfers.
Rates for Services. The rates for all Services shall be as shown on Exhibit B, subject to the rate adjustments and additional fees and costs as set forth herein.

Rates for Services. Subject to the following Sections of this Article III, RESELLER will be charged pursuant to Schedule B hereto for Frame Relay Services and pursuant to Schedule C hereto for Private Line Services and pursuant to Schedule D hereto for Internet Services. Schedules B, C & D may be changed from time to time by CARRIER in accordance with these changes in CARRIER's applicable tariffs, if any, or generally applicable schedule of rates. In the event that the underlying carrier or provider increases its rates for services used by CARRIER in providing Service hereunder, CARRIER shall have the option to increase rates to RESELLER upon 30 days prior written notice.
Rates for Services. Company agrees to pay Fees to Aditi for the Services at the rates set forth in each Statement of Work. After the first three months of this Agreement, if Company is not satisfied with the quality of the Services provided by Aditi, Company will pay the Fees as follows: 90% for ongoing work on a monthly basis, and the remaining 10% on a quarterly basis upon satisfactory completion of Acceptance Tests. Each Aditi engineer devoted to Company projects will submit detailed time sheets identifying work performed and the applicable Statement of Work. In turn, each invoice for Services will include a detailed summary of work performed (hours, billing rate for individual performing the Services, etc.). Aditi employees are eligible for leave and nationally recognized holidays in India.
