SPECIAL LICENSEE RELATED EXPENSES. Licensor shall be entitled to levy, and Licensee shall promptly pay, a fee of not less than five hundred dollars ($500.00) per market with regard to any Change of Control of Licensee or assignment by Licensee of its rights and obligations hereunder (including any transfer or Change of Control of a market constituting part of the Licensed Territory) or upon any other assignment, transfer, pledge, Change of Control or other transaction contemplated or permitted under Article X.
