Special Overriding Condition. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, this Agreement is without prejudice to broadcaster’s challenge / right to challenge / impugn certain provisions of TRAI’s notifications dated March 3, 2017, as amended. ZEEL reserves the right to alter/modify/terminate this Agreement, subject to outcome of any present/future challenge to TRAI’s notifications dated March 3, 2017, as amended.
