Special Payments To Guardian. Following the death of both Grantor and Grantor's spouse, while any child of theirs remains a minor, it is Grantor's desire that, to the extent of the availability of Family Trust assets, the Guardian or Guardians of Grantor's children be spared of additional expense by reason of having assumed responsibility to provide a home for Grantor's children.
